This ignited a burning desire to help others do the same. Julia believes that we are here to find what we love, master it and help others do the same; there is simply nothing more exciting than helping others win and feel passionate about life.
Emily used to struggle with being her authentic self instead of the person others wanted her to be. After it was determined that Emily had a treatable thyroid disease, she draws on that experience to advocate the importance of mental and physical health. Emily discovered yoga, and it became the way she connected with her body and mind to bring her life in balance. She now teaches yoga to help people find their stillness, strength, and inner peace.

Monty decided enough was enough & dedicated himself to creating a health transformation through boxing. Today, he attributes his success to hard work and the joy he feels in helping others make fitness a fun & rewarding experience.
Rhonda is a certified hypnotist with many years of experience. She draws on her background as a mental health rehabilitation specialist to guide clients via hypnosis in overcoming obstacles and live fulfilling lives. Rhonda was so impressed by Julia’s regression hypnosis that she joined the Best Life-ing team. She uses it to help people find answers to burning questions, gain a deeper understanding of their purpose, foster meetings with loved ones who died, and resolve deep-seated wounds.

Shayla was born and raised in Miami, Florida. For years, she was an athlete and performer and enjoyed optimal health. After she started feeling lethargic and weak, she researched the pillars of a healthy lifestyle and eventually went vegan and developed a consistent workout schedule. These changes improved her strength and stamina and enhanced her sense of self. Shayla believes that maintaining good health and finding your purpose is a lifelong journey, but the changes she made helped her find her way. She joined the Best Life-ing team to guide people to achieve the same high level of fitness and well-being.
Natasha was born and raised in Latvia. Her desire to care for others led to a career as a nurse. Drawn to holistic approaches, she learned Hatha yoga, then moved to the U.S. to share her expertise and explore Reiki and sound therapy, which she now incorporates into her practice. Natalia has witnessed dramatic transformations using the power of these modalities. Through these, she seeks to support others in their holistic journey.

Outside of the writing world, John is an NBA fanatic, meditator of 17 years and a beer connoisseur (if you can say that’s a thing).
Brit has faced many obstacles. Being raised in a broken home he struggled to find what he excelled at. He was broke, homeless, and lost in depression until he discovered his deep love for music and art. Since she was a teen, she struggled with depression and an eating disorder and felt like something was missing in her life. When she did a regression hypnosis session with Julia, her healing journey began. Now, Maddie maintains a healthy relationship with her body, food, and fitness. Her passion for cooking and art led her to ways of helping people as she directed her energy toward things that bring her joy and love. Maddie believes she is finally living her true soul purpose.
Irela began her self-growth journey after she decided to turn her life around. She was overweight, depressed, and hadn’t made good choices regarding the people she spent time with. Her first goal was to lose weight. She changed her eating and exercise habits and surpassed her expectations by losing 65 pounds in seven months. Now, she regularly hikes and works out at a gym. She stays motivated by surrounding herself with empowering friends and positive, helpful information. Irela knows it is the journey that is important, and she continues to work on healing from traumas to become the person she wants to be so she can help people reach their goals.
Marilyn had lost direction as a teen: turning to alcohol and drugs, she was on the verge of dropping out of college. However, she decided to change up her lifestyle habits and prioritize her health. Challenging herself through fitness, clean eating, and volunteering, Marilyn has maintained a positive attitude and completed her business degree. Marilyn believes mental health is integral to living a healthy, balanced life. Sometimes, one small change can lead to habits worth keeping.

Despite coaching younger kids in soccer for 8+ years, Luis always felt like there was something missing in his soul: a missing drive to shoot for the stars. One day he changed his life and began to push himself physically, mentally, and spiritually. He successfully lost 70 pounds which created an opening to all other forms of growth: at Best Life-ing he is committed to evolving and taking others on the same journey that he took. He wants to change lives for the better.

Andrew is a certified Reiki practitioner and a top-rated sound healer. His interest in frequencies and how they affect health led him to learn the LifeStream Generator energy transfer technique. Now, Andrew is on a mission to balance bodies in an EMF polluted world. He has helped hundreds of people alleviate chronic depression and anxiety symptoms and escalate healing from illnesses, wounds, burns, and broken bones. By raising a client’s cellular voltage, Andrew’s treatments rejuvenate cells and enhance the natural energetic state.
Cydni loves to dance, act, and entertain. Those activities was curtailed when she became ill as a teen, but atthe age of 18, she turned her life around: she changed her eating habits and began running as a form of meditation. She entered her first half marathon in 2014. So far, she has completed three half marathons and raised over $15,000 for CCFA in a full New York City marathon. She prides herself on doing what makes her happy and remaining positive helps her stay focused on her goals.
After Max finished secondary school, he didn’t have any real interest in studying and his heart wasn’t in it: with no motivation, he ended up failing. After reassessing his priorities, he discovered his passion for archaeology. Today, Max is pursuing his second Master's degree. He travels the world visiting heritage sites and along with those successes, he joined the Best Life-ing team to help others achieve the same sense of fulfillment.
