Terms & Conditions

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for renting a room for healing sessions within our space. Please carefully review and adhere to the following guidelines:
 

  • Rental Fee: The rental fee for utilizing the room is $50 per hour. Payment is required in full at the time of reservation.

  • Cleanliness: It is mandatory to leave the room in the same clean and tidy condition as it was found. Any damages or excessive mess incurred during your session will be your responsibility to rectify or cover the costs for cleaning.

  • Priority Booking: In the event of a scheduled retreat or large event, priority will be given to those bookings. We may need to reschedule or cancel your session to accommodate these events. We will provide reasonable notice in such circumstances.

  • Respectful Conduct: We expect all healers renting our space to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Please refrain from soliciting guests of the hotel for your healing services. Your clientele should be those who have specifically sought out your services.

  • Pricing Recommendations: We recommend that you charge a rate similar to ours ($222 per hour) to avoid direct competition and maintain the value of our services. A minimum private service rate: $150.00 per hour

  • Payment Method: Room rental fees will be processed via Square payment on your card before each session ( Min 2 Hours in Advance)

  • Room Materials/Resources: Healers can use available resources in the room, any damage will be at the expense of the healer.

  • Waivers: All participants/guests must sign a waiver before using the room (at best life-ing reception)

  • Insurance Requirement: Healers must provide proof of their own liability insurance to cover any potential accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during their sessions. We hold no liability for incidents arising from your use of the space.

  • Privacy and Confidentiality: Healers must uphold strict privacy and confidentiality standards regarding their clients' personal information and sessions. Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

  • No Alterations: Healers are prohibited from making any alterations or modifications to the rented space without prior written consent from the management.

  • Access Restriction: Healers are strictly prohibited from granting their clients access to the hotel's gym or spa facilities. You can purchase a resort pass for your guest for at the special rate below:

  • Duration of Rental: Room rental duration begins and ends at the agreed-upon time as selected. Please ensure that you vacate the premises promptly at the end of your reserved time slot.

  • Carillon Residents, Members & Guests: Offering Private Services to Carillon Guests is prohibited.

     

By proceeding with your room booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of any rental fees paid.
