Itinerary:

  • 8:00 AM - Opening Ceremony & Intention Setting 
    • Commence the day with a ceremony focusing on mental health awareness and mindfulness. (60 minutes)

     

  • 9:00 AM - Guided Meditation & Breathwork 
    • Engage in meditation and breathwork sessions aimed at promoting mental clarity and well-being. (60 minutes)

     

  • 10:00 AM - Free Time for Journaling and Reflection
  • 12:00 PM - Gourmet Healthy Lunch 
    • Enjoy a mindful and nourishing lunch designed to support mental well-being. (90 minutes)

     

  • 1:30 PM - Private Healing Session 
    • Choose a healing session (Reiki, acupuncture, or hypnotherapy) to promote relaxation and emotional balance. (60 minutes)

     

  • 2:30 PM - Resort Hydrotherapy Circuits 
    • Experience relaxing hydrotherapy circuits at the resort's spa, promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. (60 minutes)

     

  • 3:30 PM - Sound Healing Session 
    • Immerse in a sound healing session to enhance mental well-being and inner peace. (60 minutes)

     

  • 4:30 PM - Closing Ceremony 
    • Conclude the retreat with a closing ceremony focused on integrating mindfulness practices into daily life. (30 minutes)
