Before New Year's, I wrote down my goals for the upcoming year. After listing them and adding details, I put my notes away to be reviewed throughout the year and again at the end of 2024. That exercise made me think about what I want and what my priorities are. Imagining myself having already reached these goals as I wrote them down gave them a place in my subconscious mind to help me manifest my dreams.

Below are strategies to help carve your path to manifesting your dreams in 2024:
While meditating, imagine your life as if you have already achieved your goals. You can take a few minutes to focus on each goal and see yourself, in detail, as if you have accomplished it. For example, imagine yourself in those skinny jeans, flaunting your sleek new build if you want to lose weight. By visualizing your future, you eventually believe it to be true and consequently manifest it. In addition, meditation raises your energy frequency, which helps attract what you desire.
Hypnosis is a powerful tool to tap into and use your subconscious mind, where beliefs, habits, and experiences are stored. It can help you find and release blocks that impede your progress. Hypnosis also establishes a firm commitment to your goals and can aid you in other ways in achieving your dreams, from a job promotion to enhancing your intuition.
Find pictures representing what you want to accomplish and create a vision board. I recently found a vision board I made several years ago and was surprised that I accomplished almost everything on it. The subconscious mind responds to images, stores everything you see, and believes everything you see is real. So, when you look at the pictures on your vision board, your brain retains this information and reinforces your efforts to achieve those goals.
Since the subconscious mind doesn’t process negative statements very well, it is helpful to use positive affirmations. When I lie in bed at night, I use positive affirmations as I drift into a deeper alpha brain wave state. In this state of relaxation, your mind is more open to suggestions, strengthening positive affirmations.
Establish steps or an action plan while making your list of goals, then acknowledge and celebrate your successes along the way. Determine deadlines, reexamine your plan, and modify your steps as appropriate.
Elevate your frequency to help manifest your desired future by doing healthy things that you love: sing, dance, swim, paint, grow flowers or a garden, spend time in nature, exercise, eat clean, surround yourself with people who make you feel good about yourself, join like-minded groups, focus on your strengths, practice serving others, embrace gratitude and the miracles that surround us. Believe that you are worthy of a joyful life.
