INTUITION AND OTHER SENSES

Your intuition or sixth sense is that feeling of foreboding you get when danger lurks nearby, or the vibrant tingle in your belly when you are inspired to take action. But how do you know if you’re interpreting these signals accurately? Are you being led astray, propelled by your ego or limiting beliefs? That is the crux of the biscuit. How do you know when to trust your gut?
First, you have to accept the reality of intuition, then get in tune with it. Your heart is where you find it, as opposed to the brain. Visit a natural setting and ground to Mother Earth. Focus on the moment. Close your eyes, relax, breathe, and open your heart to receiving. Your guidance will be more accurate if you come from a place of love instead of fear and anxiety.
In your daily life, watch for signs and signals, and listen for messages. Perhaps you get a sudden urge to enter a bookstore, which leads you to a life-altering book; a nudge to join a social group, where you meet new friends and find a partner; a whisper to take an action; or a message in a dream or a song.
Study how what you perceive to be your intuition’s guidance makes you feel. Do you feel excited or uneasy? Beneficial hits usually make you feel good. Dig deep beyond programmed fears. Your heart holds your answer, so ask, “What would love do?” and take note of your initial response.
If something feels as if you are guided, like it is the right thing to do, and you are drawn to it, take the step. Trust. Let go. Enjoy the journey. Play. Go with the flow. Squeeze out the highest benefit from whatever you receive. Once you get in the habit of following your intuition and it works in your favor, you will build confidence in the process.
Your intuition may be inspired by guides, your higher self, your subconscious mind, your soul group, angels, ETs, galactic team members, archangels, ascended masters, God, or other entities. When it feels right, trust that it won’t lead you astray.
HOW TO GET IN TUNE WITH YOUR INTUITION
Intuition is more accurate when you have experience in related situations. On the other hand, emotionally charged scenarios can lead to biases and unreliable information. Learning to access your intuition accurately takes practice.
The military trains recruits with repetitive drills to help them identify cues and make fast, subconscious decisions. They use breathing techniques, biofeedback, visualization, and mindfulness exercises to help soldiers remain calm and make intuitive decisions, akin to muscle memory.
Part of following your intuition is being aware, observing, and sensing what is around you. You might notice your stomach tightening when something feels off, or feel a sense of elevation when something feels right. It’s important to be aware of your feelings and to listen.
Acknowledge the messages you receive, even when you wish for a different outcome. For instance, you meet someone that you desperately want to be “the one”, but you ignore what your intuition is telling you, and the relationship ends badly.
Recently, someone made me an offer that seemed too good to be true. However, I wanted it to be true so much that I ignored the warning signals my intuition was flashing. Eventually, I figured it out, but had I paid attention, I would have saved myself some anguish.
Something that has worked for me is asking for a specific sign. One time, I was unsure whether I should be a whistleblower, so I said to whoever was listening that if I ran into a specific woman on the board, it would be a sign that I should inform the board of what was happening at their non-profit. I saw her the next day. After receiving that sign, I felt confident in reporting the incidents, and positive and necessary changes were made.
You are one with an abundant universe that supports you. Open yourself to guidance that can help you follow your dreams and create your ultimate life.
ACCESSING YOUR INNER SENSES
According to the entity known as Seth, channeled by Jane Roberts, there are inner senses as well as physical ones. These enable you to perceive reality as it exists independently of the physical world. It is highly advantageous for you to learn to recognize, develop, and use your inner senses.
Inner senses are paths to inner reality, leading to understanding and compassion. Inner senses work smoothly together and often work without you realizing it.
TYPES OF INNER SENSES
Inner Vibrational Touch-Feeling the emotions of any living thing.
Psychological Time-Focusing attention inward. Close your eyes, clear your mind of worries, turn off your physical senses as if flipping switches, and turn on your inner senses. Imagine a vivid inner world. You may see bright lights in your mind, or hear sounds or voices, or receive messages or images. Alternatively, imagine a dark screen in front of you until images or lights appear on it. If thoughts or concerns arise, refocus on the screen or give your concerns an image, then make them dissolve. You will come to feel alert, conscious, and light. Practice and you will gradually feel apart from time. Notice what you receive. This exercise leads to and enhances a variety of extrasensory experiences.
Perception of Past, Present, and Future-See through time barriers, feel the future and past essence in every living thing within your range. Precognition uses this inner sense.
Conceptual Sense-Directly experiencing complete cognition beyond intellectual, of a concept, including the related electrical and chemical composition. As thoughts do, the molecules and ions of consciousness change into those of the concept. Then you can truly understand the concept by becoming it. Use the psychological time exercise: when an idea comes, instead of intellectually examining it, reach out to it intuitively and become the idea. These ideas may reach beyond the known concepts of time and space.
Cognition of Knowledge Essence-Cognition, free from past, present, and future, involves transformation, such as entering an entity to understand its essence. The inner self constantly uses this inner sense to understand others, but the information is rarely recognized consciously.
Innate Knowledge of Basic Reality-Akin to instinct, specific data is given to specific organisms, such as information necessary for a spider to spin a web. This sense helps you live spontaneously in physical reality. It often shows up as an inspiration, intuition, or clear knowing. The dream world is a closer experience with basic inner reality than your waking world.
Expansion or Contraction of the Tissue Capsule-All consciousness exists within a capsule, or astral body. Contraction enables the self to enter other systems of reality. Expansion can arise right before astral projection.
Disentanglement from Camouflage-The inner self disengages from itself and adopts another camouflage by changing the frequency.
Transformation of Vitality from One Aspect to Another-This inner sense may cause you to feel formless, without a body.
Diffusion by the Energy Personality-An energy personality wanting to become part of your system first diffuses itself into many parts. The inner sense initiates the birth of one of its personalities. The surviving personality may use this to communicate with others or to have out-of-body experiences.
BENEFITS OF ACCESSING YOUR INNER SENSES
To learn what reality is independent of physical matter. Self-exploration triggers unfamiliar states of consciousness, which can serve as investigative tools to pierce the veils of the inner identity and enhance telepathic and clairvoyant abilities.
Improve relationships and civilizations.
Experience altered states of consciousness needed to improve world communication.
Teaches the ability to remain conscious while the body sleeps.
Extends the limitations of your awareness.
Helps you receive beneficial information.
Teaches you to handle a larger amount of stimuli.
Helps the inner senses become more acute.
Increases awareness of multi-dimensional reality.
Improves concentration and releases latent abilities.
Elevates vitality and adds meaning and purpose to your life.
Aids in developing the ability to use inner senses to expand human global consciousness.
It is important to understand the nature of reality. As you grapple to understand, you are using abilities beyond your basic five senses of sight, hearing, smelling, tasting, and touch. Cease identifying yourself entirely with your ego, and realize that you can perceive more than your ego does. Ego is the outer self, designed for survival and action, and the eye through which the soul views the physical world.
Change your focus of attention and use consciousness in as many ways as possible. That effort expands the limits of consciousness, so you use new abilities. The inner senses release telepathic and clairvoyant abilities, which are important because they reveal our independence from physical matter and introduce our multidimensional identity. That demonstrates the miracle of physical existence and our place in it, which leads to a wiser and happier life.
